Sole Harmony Toe Spacers are made from a hard silicone that maximised support while reducing skin irritation.
Due to material the Sole Harmony Toe Spacers are made from, yes, you can wear them in water. We do, however, recommend for hygiene reasons that you take them off and thoroughly dry your feet and toes.
Toe spacers can be beneficial for a wide variety of people. Athletes may find them useful for pain relief by reducing pressure and friction in between toes. People with bunions or hammertoes can find them helpful for alleviating symptoms and promoting proper alignment.
It is recommended to talk to a podiatrist first.
Our toe spacers are designed to be ergonomic and comfortable to wear. You may notice stretching sensations in your toes when first wearing them but this is expected.
No, it is not recommended to wear your two spacers for an extended period of time without taking any breaks. Start with shorter period of 15–30 minutes and slowly work upwards to give your feet the time to adjust.
Sole Harmony toe spacers are made from a durable silicone, however, the will naturally lose their shape and effectiveness with time. Much like a pair of shoes, look for signs of wear and replace them as needed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. We cannot accept returns of opened or worn products due to hygiene reasons. See our full refund policy for more details.

Shipping costs of the product back to our warehouse will need to be covered by you for non-damaged or non-faulty goods. If your product is damaged or fault, we will refund your product on proof of damage.
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please get in touch as soon as possible. We cannot change a shipping address once the order is shipped so you have the 1–3 day processing time to get in touch with us. Once your order is shipped, some carriers will allow for updating the delivery address—this is dependent on the country you are shipping too and the carrier who will be fulfilling your delivery.
We are sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet! We have an estimated processing time of 1–3 business days and a shipping timeframe of 3–8 business days depending on where in the world you are based. If you have not received your order after 11 business day, please get in touch with us or the shipping carrier specified in your order tracking details.
If your order is delayed more than 60 days, we will offer a full refund on your order.
